01 · Design Concept & Brief

A tranquil sanctuary blending raw concrete, exposed wire-cut brick, and sweeping vernacular verandas anchored into a lush coconut grove.

Preserving existing mature palm trees while capturing natural cross-ventilation across a low-lying terrain prone to monsoon runoff.

Constructed using locally fired red clay bricks and handcrafted terracotta roof tiles paired with exposed concrete beams.
